How It Works:
Sign Up: I’ll send you an invite to download the Miner Fit App and create your account.
Initial Questionnaire: Fill out your training background, schedule, goals, and any limitations upon account creation.
Once Inside the App: Do your first weigh in and take starting pictures!
Program Build: I’ll create your personalized training plan and set your macro targets for fat loss, muscle gain, or body recomposition.
Program Delivery: You’ll get your plan in-app with demo exercise videos and tracking access.
Execution & Coaching: You’ll track your workouts and meals, weigh yourself, and then complete a short weekly check-in every Friday.
Feedback & Adjustments: I’ll review up to 10 form videos each week and update your program or macros based on progress, videos, and the check-in.
